SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse facilities.

We ship Australia-wide.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery postcode;
  • Product size and weight;
  • Shipping method selected.

From time to time, free shipping promotions may apply to specific products. Where free shipping is advertised, it applies only to the relevant product as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Express Shipping (if selected): Within 1 business day

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

Dispatch timeframes are estimates only.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • Metro areas: 1–4 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: May vary depending on carrier availability

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, if a delay becomes unreasonable, you may contact us to discuss appropriate remedies in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. No Changes After Order Placement

Orders enter an automated processing system shortly after payment authorisation.

Changes to:

  • Delivery address;
  • Product selection;
  • Colour or model;
  • Shipping method;
  • Order cancellation

may not be possible once processing has commenced.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If goods are returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Failure to collect from the carrier;
  • Refusal of delivery without lawful basis;

you may be required to pay reasonable redelivery costs.

This clause does not apply where the delivery issue is attributable to us.

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select “Authority to Leave” or grant authority for delivery without signature:

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery at the nominated address;
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.

If you prefer signature on delivery, please select that option at checkout where available.

This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Inspection on Delivery

You must inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.

If the goods are:

  • Damaged;
  • Incomplete;
  • Tampered with;
  • Incorrectly supplied;

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the outer packaging;
  • The shipping label;
  • The goods received.

You must retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

Prompt notification enables us to investigate and lodge claims with the freight provider.

This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is believed to be lost in transit, please notify us promptly.

We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Investigation timeframes vary and are determined by the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit (and not due to incorrect address or Authority to Leave instructions), we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Express Shipping

Express shipping is a paid upgrade where available.

Express shipping:

  • Expedites dispatch and/or transit time;
  • Is subject to carrier availability;
  • Is not guaranteed.

Express shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Dangerous Goods and Lithium Batteries

Some products may contain lithium batteries and may be classified as dangerous goods for transport purposes.

Delivery to certain remote areas, PO Boxes, or restricted locations may not be available.

If we are unable to ship to your location due to carrier restrictions, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or provide a refund.

12. Delays Outside Our Control

While we use reputable carriers, delivery may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather events;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Industrial action;
  • Public holidays;
  • Remote area limitations.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once goods have been dispatched, however we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and investigation.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Title in the goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.
