This walking pad is giving me the exercise I need. I purchased this walking pad on a whim! I have a subscription to a gym but I seldom use it. I dont enjoy seeing people while exercising. So I bought it! It was easy to set up. It was a bit heavy to carry by myself, so I needed help there. It would go under a bed with a high space . Mine is set up in a spare room. Plugged it in, used the remote and started walking ( I do feel you should have some experience with a treadmill before using it!) I do use caution with it because if you are not careful you could injure yourself. I have used it for one week with so far no issues. 8,000 steps a day ! I am very happy to be walking my way to health.
